Cincinnati's Bestiary Illustrations 2018

Cincinnati’s Bestiary, my capstone project, is a book of cryptids that call Cincinnati their home. Each of the twelve creatures described have been painstakingly researched and illustrated for believability and originality.

All of the pages for the physical copy (black & white sketches, color plates, vellum inserts and endpaper) were printed and cut by yours truly, then handed off to be assembled and bound in leather by Ohio Book Store.

Images were originally drawn with a mechanical pencil, scanned in, and colored digitally using Photoshop. An improved version of these colorings is in the works.
